There are several reasons why property disputes arise. Some common disputes arise from claims made by legal heirs or co-owners, disputes over easement rights, misrepresentation by the seller, or improper description of the property in the title deed Additionally, disputes can occur when a party fails to fulfill their contractual obligations after receiving earnest money or advance payment and approaches another buyer. In such cases, the original purchaser can contest the title of the property by approaching the court Delays in the delivery of possession of flats by developers to buyers can also lead to disputes Another frequent dispute arises when a property is acquired through gift or inheritance. In these cases, challenges may arise over the validity of the transfer process. Separate trial: In some cases, the court may direct a separate trial for the newly added accused if it deems it necessary for the interests of justice. Section 319 Cr.P.C. serves the purpose of ensuring that all those who are involved in the commission of an offense are brought to justice, even if they were not originally named as accused in the charge sheet. This allows the court to prevent any miscarriage of justice and ensures that the guilty are appropriately punished while the innocent are acquitted. However, the court must exercise this power judiciously and cautiously to avoid any misuse or harassment of individuals who might be innocent.
Here's a brief explanation of the key points of Section 319 Cr.P.C.:
Summoning additional accused: If, during the trial of a case, the court is of the opinion that any person other than the accused already on trial has committed an offense and can be tried along with the present accused, the court has the power to summon such person to appear before it as an additional accused. Evidence on record: The court can take into consideration the evidence already on record during the trial to form an opinion about the involvement of the additional person in the commission of the offense. This evidence could be witness statements, documentary evidence, or any other relevant materials produced during the trial. Fair opportunity: Before summoning the additional person as an accused, the court must provide them with a fair opportunity to defend themselves. This means the court may hear their side of the story and allow them to present evidence or arguments in their defense.

Domestic Violence
A. Introduction In response to the growing awareness of the devastating effects of domestic violence, the federal government, states and local communities have implemented a wide range of policy initiatives designed to improve the response to domestic violence. Among the many approaches used to address this problem, the provision of legal services to victims of domestic violence has emerged as a significant and effective response.1 This project focuses on the provision of civil legal services to victims of domestic violence in the family law context. The project is designed to identify and promote the effective provision of civil legal services to victims of domestic violence in the family law context in two ways: (1) by providing a comprehensive resource on the delivery of legal services to victims of domestic violence, and (2) by identifying and promoting effective practices for delivering civil legal services to these victims. This resource is the first in a series of three resource guides to be published by the National Center for State Courts. The second guide focuses on the effective delivery of civil legal services to victims of domestic violence in the child custody and visitation context, and the third guide focuses on effective practices for delivering civil legal services to victims of domestic violence in the housing context.
